In case of wrong delivery or damaged goods we grant a right of return within two weeks of delivery. All products with a clear error will be replaced at no extra cost to the customer.
Goods without an error/damage cannot be returned unless we agree to do so, whereby a minimum charge of 25% of the total value of the goods will be charged to the customer.
Compensation for any damage is limited to 50% of the total value of the goods.

Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order. Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your card if applicable.
