All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.

Contract creation and electronic contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the [pay by...] button at the end of the check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website.
We will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing any products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Rubber Stamps Online UK.

Cancellation of Contract
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, follow the procedure set out in the How do I change or cancel an order section.
Product Description
Every Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees.
We will take reasonable care to ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices of the Products appearing on our Website are correct at the time, when the relevant information was entered onto our Website. Although we aim to keep our Website up-to-date, the information including the Product Descriptions appearing on our Website any time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place the order. We cannot confirm price of any Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.

Payment
All prices are exclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus VAT and delivery charges stated in the Delivery section of the shopping cart. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used belongs to you.
All credit/debit cardholders will be subjected to validation checks and authorisation by their card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be held liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery.
There will be no charge for using a credit or debit card.

RETURNS POLICY
In case of wrong delivery or damaged goods we grant a right of return within two weeks of delivery. All products with a clear error will be replaced at no extra cost to the customer.
Goods without an error/damage cannot be returned unless we agree to do so, whereby a minimum charge of 25% of the total value of the goods will be charged to the customer.
Compensation for any damage is limited to 50% of the total value of the goods.

Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order. Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your card if applicable.
